Our 2-hour consultation is designed for clients seeking expert guidance and direction for their project. During this time, we discuss your priorities, share design ideas, recommendations, and practical advice, while answering any questions you may have about your space or the design process. You can walk us through your home over video, share inspiration photos and links, or simply use the time as an open design discussion. This service is available both virtually and in person, depending on what works best for you.
Full Service Design
01: DISCOVERY
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute Discovery Call to learn more about your project scope, timeline, and investment range. From there, we schedule an Initial Visit at your home to discuss your lifestyle, priorities, and overall vision while further assessing the project to ensure we’re the right fit for one another. Following the visit, we provide a customized design proposal outlining the scope of work, recommended next steps, and estimated design fees. Once approved, a Service Agreement is signed before moving into the next phase of the design process.
02: DESIGN PHASE
The design phase is divided into two key stages: concept development and documentation. We begin with a detailed site visit to confirm measurements and refine your priorities. From there, we establish the design direction, presenting floor plan options, color palette, and overall aesthetic concept. Once approved, we move into material and furniture selections, supported by curated presentations and key renderings to clearly communicate the vision. After final decisions are made, all design details are fully documented to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless execution.
03: PROCUREMENT
We purchase primarily from wholesale and trade-only vendors to ensure your project consists of high-quality pieces. We consciously source pieces that fit your lifestyle and cohesively work into our design. Finally, we order all furniture, soft goods, decorative lighting, and accessories. Clients receive updates bi-weekly, so you are never left in the dark.
04: IMPLEMNETATION
We oversee the project on your behalf, working closely with the general contractor and all trades to ensure the design intent is clearly communicated and executed with precision. We provide detailed schedules that align all selections including finishes, lighting, plumbing, and hardware with the construction drawings to eliminate ambiguity. Regular site visits are scheduled as needed to monitor progress, address issues in real time, and keep you informed of both milestones and any challenges that arise.
05: DESIGN PHASE
We utilize a receiving warehouse to ensure all furniture and accessories are carefully received, inspected, and stored until your scheduled installation date. From there, we coordinate white-glove delivery and manage all logistics for a smooth and seamless installation process. Depending on the scope of your project, installations may take place in a single day or across multiple days. Finally, we install and style all decorative elements to complete the design, delivering a thoughtfully curated, lived-in home ready to enjoy.
